St. Tammany Parish Councilwoman Maureen O'Brien at the inauguration ceremony held on Monday, January 11. She was sworn in by 22nd Judicial Court DA Warren Montgomery, while her oldest son, Michael O'Brien IV, and her mother, Louise Robichaux, joined her on the Justice Center steps.
